1. Sign Up for Donation

Pre-registration

2. Send Documents & Authorization Forms

After completing pre-registration, our team will assist with the necessary paperwork. Sign and send send all required documents as instructed.

3. Transportation

When your loved one transitions, you and/or the hospice/facility should call Lamplight Donor Services directly at (847) 220-8757 to schedule transportation. (THIS NEEDS TO BE REWRITTED TO MATCH)

4. Donation & Cremains Return

Through body donation, you become an integral part of the journey toward new treatments, better diagnoses, and ultimately, healthier lives for generations to come. After the donation, Lamplight will ship the cremains to your chosen address.

Comprehensive Support Beyond Donation

We offer grief support resources and connect you with bereavement specialists to help navigate the healing process. Our trusted network of funeral homes and cremation providers can assist with any additional services you may require.
