1. Register for Donation

Pre-registration

2. Send Documents & Authorization Forms

Our team will assist with the necessary paperwork. Sign and send all required documents as instructed.

3. Transportation

Notify us immediately of the donor’s passing at 847-220-8757. We can typically schedule transportation to arrive in less than two hours.

4. Donation & Cremains Return

After the donation is complete, Lamplight will ship your loved one’s remains to your chosen U.S. address, typically between three to thirteen months.
